Appetizer: Cream cheese with lemon zest, ginger and white chocolate crust. Served with almomnd, cucumber relish.

Main Course: Masala rubbed striplon with sweet porcini jus. Side of honey roasted new potatoes.

Dessert: Cassis and thyme syrup marinated strawberries and watermelon.
