Friday Prix Fixe Dinner To Go

A chef-driven gourmet food experience to go, located in downtown Dundas, Ontario. As well, we offer catering services for events both large and small, from 10 person sit-down dinners, extensive hors d’ouevres parties to 300 person backyard weddings. You can choose from an existing catering menu or custom design a menu with Chef Ken LeFebour to suit your tastes.

In our Gourmet to Go patrons are given the opportunity to design their meals based on daily selections from a blackboard menu. For our customers Nellie James is an alternative to contemporary take-out food, long hours spent in the kitchen and dining out. Our mission is to supply real food: No additives, no preservatives, hand-made with no shortcuts. We are blessed to work with talented local farmers and suppliers. As well, due to this from-scratch philosophy our food can accommodate vegetarianism, veganism, gluten free and allergen aware diets.

In addition to our blackboard menu, we provide weekly specials.

On Fridays, customers are treated to a prix fixe dinner for two which includes appetizer, entrée and dessert for $38 to $40. This prix fixe special is posted every Thursday and has become a showcase for the kitchen’s creativity.

  9. Went for lunch today after reading a rave review on instagram (the poster was commenting on his dinner at another restaurant and noted as much as he enjoyed his meal it didnt measure up to his favourite spot Nellie James Too. So of corse I had to see for myself.
    My daughter had the walnut pesto pasta and I had the duck tacos. Both dishes were fragrant, well presented, and absolutely delicious. Even though this was our first visit I consider myself a regular. It was just that GOOD!
