Exciting News!!!
Chef Ken LeFebour will be teaching a series of 5 cooking classes at the Hamilton Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre (45 Hempstead Drive, Hamilton) from 7 to 9:30ish on the following dates: Monday April 27, Monday May 4, Monday May 11, Wednesday May 20 and Wednesday May 27.
The cost will be $200 for the series, which includes the food costs. A portion of the proceeds will go to the CJCC.
