Appetizer: Pistachio crusted chicken escalop over greens with a lime vinaigrette

Main Course: Slow braised boneless local wagyu (kobe beef) neck with au jus. Side of Kozlik’s maple mustard and roasted garlic mashed yukon gold potatoes.

Dessert: Death by chocolate brownie with merlot syrup
