Appetizer: Penne with Koike Farms Flowering Spinach, Asparagus and Tomato Cream.

Main Course: Lentil Burger with Quebec Artisan Blue Cheese, Caramelized Onion, Sour Cream. Side Salad of Radish, Cucumber and Sundried Cranberries.

Dessert: Cinnamon Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
