Main Comfort: Slow Roasted Pork Loin with Pork Jus and first of the season Koike Farm Roasted Scallions.  Side of Roasted New Potatoes with first of the season ManoRun Farm Arugula.

Dessert: Local Rhubarb and Ginger Cheesecake.
