Main Comfort: Charcoal Spice and Honey Roasted Chicken Thighs.  Side of Green Salad with Shaved Local Wagyu Beef, Roasted Soya Beans, Sundried Blueberries and First of the Season Koike Farm Rhubarb and Tomato Chutney.

Dessert: Baked Pear with Sweetened St. Mary’s Unripened Goat Cheese, Almond & Cardamom Tea Syrup.
