Appetizer: Puff Pastry Stuffed with Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese with a Red Onion and Balsamic Reduction.

Main Course: Roast Chicken Breast with Porcini Mushroom, Roasted Garlic and Caramelized Onion Cream Sauce.  Side of Mash and Veg.

Dessert: Victoria Sponge Cake with Cherry Sauce and Whipped Cream.
