Gourmet Cooking with Chef Ken LeFebour

Join Chef Ken for a “hands on cooking class; you will prepare, cook, clean up and enjoy the meal you prepared!

Where:  Canadian Japanese Cultural Centre of Hamilton, 45 Hempstead Dr, Hamilton, ON L8W 2Y6

When:  Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00 p.m. (in the Kitchen)

The Menu:

– Appetiser: Piccionne farm mushroom with a cabernet reduction and artisan cheese

– Main: Lobster Mac & Cheese

– Desert: Chocolate mousse with candied pecans

Cost:  $50 per person. This includes food costs. A portion will go to the CJCC.
