When: Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00 p.m. (in the Kitchen)
– Appetiser: Piccionne farm mushroom with a cabernet reduction and artisan cheese
– Main: Lobster Mac & Cheese
– Desert: Chocolate mousse with candied pecans
Cost: $50 per person. This includes food costs. A portion will go to the CJCC.
