Appetizer: Artisan Mac and Cheese with Lobster and Buttered Leeks

Main Course: Five Peppercorn, Coriander Seed Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with a Cabernet, Vanilla Bean and Thyme Reduction / Truffle Mashed Yukon Gold / Double Smoked Bacon Roasted Forest Mushrooms and Shanghai Bok Choy.

Dessert: Milk Chocolate, Raspberry Tart with Candied Pecans.

Cost is $50.00 per person including taxes.
