Friday August 22 Prix Fixe Dinner

Appetizer:Waterhall Farm greens with toasted almonds, Koike Farm radishes and St. Mary’s goat cheese.

Main Course: Boneless skinless chicken breast in sunflower seed shiso pesto. Side of roasted Koike Farm zucchini with Benedictine bleu cheese.

Dessert: Berries with tea and thyme syrup, topped with chantilly vanilla cream.
