Celebrating Local Asparagus, Ken has prepared for his Prix Fixe menu this week, a delicious selection on Organic Asparagus with Aged Canadian Goat Cheese served with Manorun Organic Rhubarb Compote…Then we move on to Asian Glazed Pork Ribs with Butter sauteed Shanghai bok choy and – Death by Chocolate with oolong tea marinated berries (Death by chocolate doesn’t even begin to describe the delicious nature of this decadence)
